You may use ChoreNest only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the information you submit, the actions taken through your account, and keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Accounts and family roles

• Parent and kid roles are provided to help households organize chores and family progress.
• Parents are responsible for family linking, invited kid accounts, and the content they manage on behalf of their household.
• Kids should use ChoreNest only with parental or guardian supervision.

Premium features and payments

Some features require premium access. Premium purchases are processed through Stripe or other payment providers. Prices, supported payment methods, and availability may change over time. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once premium access has been granted.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ChoreNest at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may perform maintenance or security changes without notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk. You may also stop using ChoreNest at any time and request account deletion through the delete account page.

Disclaimers and liability

ChoreNest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChoreNest disclaims warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
